I liked the front desk ladies Alex and Ashley. Ashley was very nice upon arrival and got me into a room early. Alex was very nice when I spoke with her at 3am because the room at buzzing sound coming from a speaker next to fire alarm. She got me into another room two doors down that had same issue but I was grateful to her for trying to make my stay better. She had a pleasant attitude and really listened to me. There was a very friendly African American housekeeper (I did not get her name or would call her by name) she was pleasant to talk to and gave me extra sheets.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.

We had a handicap accessible room and they met All my needs and requests. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The staff was on top of everything! We will be return customers.

Check in was quick, room was large and very clean. We did not get our bed preference otherwise everything was great. I only had coffee but my granddaughter enjoyed her breakfast

Everything especially the staff!!!! Was disappointed because didn't know the hot tub was tiled over but that's ok. Everything was wonderful!!!
